NIELSEN, Harold Samuel
On Thursday February 16th 2023, Harold Samuel Nielsen, Horsham Downs, passed peacefully at his home surrounded by family. He was 94. Beloved husband to Isobel, father to John, Alan and Jin Ling, Susan and Tony, Grandpa to Isabella, Hunter, Linda, Amy and Courtney. Harold was an original Farming Pioneer who loved his bowls and inventions in his shed. Passed away peacefully at Waikato Hospital on Thursday 16 February 2023, aged 54 years. Much loved and loving husband of Claire for 34 years. Loved son of the late Mike and Lil Bowater. Cherished and respected brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to his 12 siblings and their families. Kevin will be missed by his large group of friends and church community. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Richard and Rachael Gutschlag (Gore), and Michele and Francis Bastiaansen (Alexandra). Much loved uncle, cousin, nephew and friend to many.
