On June 2, 2023, peacefully at St Allisa with her loving daughter at her side; aged 84 years. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Jenny and Bart Coles, the late Debbie Ellis, and Chris and Kerryn. Loved nana of Shannon, Natasha; Cody, Jesse; Leah, Tayla and Max, and great-nana of Tyler, Cooper, Xavier; Natalie and Lillianne, and a loved sister, sister-in-law and aunty. Peacefully and very quickly on 2nd June 2023 at Hutt Hospital with her daughter Bronwyn by her side, aged 95. Loved wife to the late Henk, loved mother to Janice and Bronwyn, and mother-in-law to John and Ian, and friend to Brian. Loved Nana to 3, and Great-Nana to 7. A service to celebrate the life of Shirley will be held in Kingswood, cnr King and Cairo Streets, Upper Hutt, on Thursday 8th June at 2.00pm.

Passed away peacefully at Waikato Hospital, on Friday 2nd June 2023. Dearly loved partner in life and adventure to Delwyn. Proud and devoted father to Peter, Rachel, Chris and Michelle, step-dad to Jason and Nathan. Robert was an adored Grandad and a loyal and self-less friend to many. Passed away peacefully, after a short illness, on Friday, June 2, 2023, aged 91 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Junie*. Loved father and father-in-law of Mark and Paula, Tony and Helen, Jane*, Dean and Stacey, and Angela (Missy) and Andy. Adored Grandad and Great-Grandad to Kelly, Rachael, Bliss and Flo, Natasha and Ash, Anastasia and Sam, Lachlan, Arielle and Raquel. A wonderful brother and brother-in-law to Harold* and Dawn, Kathleen* and Brian* Ramage, Bill* and Eva Boyer. Much loved Uncle Ron to all his nieces and nephews. Ron’s family would like to acknowledge his wonderful, caring neighbours and thank the amazing teams at Good Partners, The Cleaning Ladies, as well as the medical team at Southland Hospital.
