WILKES, Ronald Stormont (Ron)
Passed away peacefully, after a short illness, on Friday, June 2, 2023, aged 91 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Junie*. Loved father and father-in-law of Mark and Paula, Tony and Helen, Jane*, Dean and Stacey, and Angela (Missy) and Andy. Adored Grandad and Great-Grandad to Kelly, Rachael, Bliss and Flo, Natasha and Ash, Anastasia and Sam, Lachlan, Arielle and Raquel. A wonderful brother and brother-in-law to Harold* and Dawn, Kathleen* and Brian* Ramage, Bill* and Eva Boyer. Much loved Uncle Ron to all his nieces and nephews. Ron’s family would like to acknowledge his wonderful, caring neighbours and thank the amazing teams at Good Partners, The Cleaning Ladies, as well as the medical team at Southland Hospital. In accordance with Ron’s wishes, a private cremation has taken place. Messages to 439 Yarrow Street, Invercargill.
