Prior to Covid I had sits booked through until November , understandably they have all been cancelled and I found myself needing to think of a strategy for 12 months. I am in need of a rental ...a 2 bedroom House , apartment, townhouse partly furnished , light and warm . I come with 15 impeccable references , all of whom are happy to offer verbal references to support the written ones . Please be in touch if you have or you know of or know someone who may have something suitable for me to hunker down in for 12 months until I can resume my fabulous lifestyle :)...

Needless to say Insurance does not cover "Vermin" for some reason. So I have one Eurotech electric oven with a gas cook top waiting for some one in need. Its 3 years old and will be a challenging jig-saw if you want the whole thing. The gas top, door, Stainless Steel panels etc are fine. Steam Clean and new insulation may fix the body. The whole has been under wraps through the Covid saga there so no worries there. There could be a free cat involved in this deal as well.

Spare Gravel.....

Bruce from Morningside

Hi All,
I am looking for some builders mix/sand/small stones to go under a concrete path. If you have a few buckets full left over from your project, they would be appreciated by me. Could also take old bricks and break them down.

Regards,

Bruce
