Kiwi Rail were once expecting to shift into BMC in Ward Street, Trentham this month (December) but now it will not be happening until April 2023. And the other notable tenant at this stage, Ministry of Business Innovation & Employment will wait until near the end of 2023.

Obviously no other occupancy can be made until nearer next April either.

So those in the public arena wishing to utilise the campus cafe with its pleasant indoor-outdoor aspects will also have to wait.

Right now the stage one Buddle Building and its surrounds including vehicle parking areas seem a long way off being ready to go.
