One of the most important things to do when selling your house is to de-personalise it. The more personal stuff in your house, the less potential buyers can imagine themselves living there.
You may have the greatest space in the world, but clutter and uncleanliness is only going to obscure it and make the rooms look smaller. Consider hiring a storage unit for a third of your stuff.

Buyers will open your cupboards and closets too, so make sure you take time to look at these.

Many comments followed, some positive and some sharing a similar experience. My post is NOT about the actual takeaway itself (I’ve not been yet, so I’ve got no opinion). This post is about Neighbourly. Tonight I checked in to catch up on the comments only to find the comments had been turned off and all the less than positive reviews had been deleted – leaving only glowing references. Anyone looking now at this thread couldn’t be blamed for thinking that the original poster lacks credibility because they are alone in their experience – were they lying, do they have an agenda? No! Someone with authority has gone in and ‘sanitised’ the thread! Someone has it in for the original poster because now they have been isolated to make them look bad – the exception to the rule. Who did that? And, why did they do it?
