Rose Magic 2018 - National rose show
Held at the Woodend Community Centre on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th November. Rose growers from all over NZ will be present, exhibiting both large and miniature roses, with classes for heritage, David Austin, decorative and photography.
The Canterbury branch of Floral Art NZ will be holding their regional competition for the designer of the Year.
Plants for sale, with rose bushes, perennials and mulch.
Devonshire teas and raffles with great prizes.
Entry is $5, under 16s free.
Sat 12 noon - 5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
