We harvested the seeds from our sunflowers. Some we saved to plant next year, and the rest we gave to our friend Tsana to feed to her chickens. They loved them!

Wrapping up this week with students from Green Bay High school and St. Dominic's College as a part of their Cookery program in school. This week they have learned essential knife skills, traditional vegetable cuts, and Minestrone soup.
Daughters old desk .. free for the taking. To be used as a desk or alternatively for firewood 😂 your choice. Currently hanging out bottom end (by train station) of Manapau St, Meadowbank beside the tree.

I was reminded about the importance of a sacred space today. A space that is yours and that has been designed and decorated by you to feel safe, comfortable and cradled. It does not have to be big nor has to be a room as such. But whenever you go there you can feel at ease you can relax and recuperate.
For me it is my consulting room. I have created it with balance in mind. All items in it are meaningful to me or have a healing sacred energy, form, sound or scent.
When I need some peace and quiet I come here.

I suggested to another lovely waitress that the other waiter needs to pull his mask up. Replied “ it fogs up his glasses”!! Sorry , but imagine if we all said that. Unfortunately it does for me too but I still have to wear my mask for 8 hours at the hospital tomorrow - fogged classes or not.
