Warning - reality check contained within.
Last year, we lost a family member to suicide.
It devastated us.
We knew of his troubles. We didn't know how deep they were.
Then we got the phone call.
It changed our family and his friends forever.
This time of year can multiply troubles and hurts.

This time of year can multiply troubles and hurts.
Please, take care of one another.
Check up on each other.
Don't leave it too long in between phone calls and/or visits.
Love one another - unconditionally.
Treasure and nurture that love.

Kia ora neighbours, what's the most you'd pay to fly to Dunedin? A couple of hundred dollars - or a few thousand?
Earlier this week, flights on Jetstar's website were being advertised for between $4000 and $21,000 for the trip.
What do you reckon - is Dunedin worth it?

E-scooter operators Beam, Flamingo, Jump and Neuron have been successful gaining licences for the next six months, and will collectively be allowed 3200 e-scooters on the streets from December 3.
The e-scooters have self-braking abilities when going down hills and would not operate between 1am and 6am.
Do you think these conditions will make e-scooter use safer? What else should be done? Let us know in the comments.

We’ve decided to run a special offer for people with bunions - “Bunion Evaluation” for only $33 (worth $85). Offer valid 30/11/19 - 31/12/19.
Many doctors and podiatrists believe that surgery is the only way to fix a bunion. This is not true. Bunion surgery is painful and doesn’t address the underlying cause of a bunion, which is generally the way we walk and stand. Ideally, surgery should be considered as the last treatment option for bunions.
At Corrective Foot Solutions, we use a gentle, hands-on technique to effectively treat and correct bunions – which means there’s no need for surgery or orthotics. We use Foot Mobilisation Therapy to correct the underlying cause of your bunion by working on the misalignments in the foot, as well as strengthening the weakened muscles around the joints.
Pop in and see us at 272 level 3b Parnell Rd, Parnell, Auckland or give us a call on 092129250.
