Join archaeologist Caroline Phillips for an afternoon at Highwic to view some of these artefacts, learn more about what has been found, and what has not been found. This will be an informal talk, a walk around the site, and an opportunity to view the artefacts.

He says the brain is like Velcro for negative experiences, but Teflon for positive ones – we remember negative things more easily than positive things.
He suggests that we ‘tilt towards the good’ in order to level the playing field. He says if we spend time savouring and enjoying a good experience, more neurons fire and thus wire together, actually changing our brains for the better. 🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.
Remember, banks will:
❌ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes
❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.
