You are warmly invited to join us to hear a light-hearted organ recital on a hybrid organ in a beautiful heritage building.
Includes solo performances and something that's rarely heard: organ duets for 4 hands & 4 feet. That's two people playing on one organ, with eight limbs like an octopus!
Bring everyone: yourself, your neighbour, your family and/or friends, enjoy something different.
Followed by afternoon tea, with opportunity to chat to the organists - one of them is an organ builder!
Organists: Catherine & Josh Anderson.
All-age, family-friendly event.
Free entry. Koha appreciated.

When we give children time to play in natural environments, we promote and value their freedom, independence and choice. Gill (2007) comments that children are disappearing from the outdoors at a rate that would be at the top of any list of endangered species. In research from Aoteoroa New Zealand, Kelly, White, Dekker, Donald, Hart, McKay, McMillan, Mitchell-King and Wright (2013) suggest that engagement with the outdoors is a basic component of our heritage, identity and culture.
