COVID-19 swabbing clinic this weekend...

Te Korowai Hauora o Hauraki

A dedicated community-based swabbing centre for COVID-19 is up and running in Thames and will be open in the weekends from 8.30am - 4.30pm.

The testing station will be run from the clinic of Thames health provider Te Korowai Hauora o Hauraki in Richmond Street.

A dedicated community-based swabbing centre for COVID-19 is up and running in Thames and will be open in the weekends from 8.30am - 4.30pm.

The testing station will be run from the clinic of Thames health provider Te Korowai Hauora o Hauraki in Richmond Street.

Dr Martin Mikaere, who is managing the swabbing centre, says the weekend swabbing centre clinic is for swabbing and testing for COVID-19 only.

Anybody who suspects they have COVID-19 must ring the clinic in advance (0800korowai - 0800 835 676) and further directions will be given thereafter.

People must not just turn up to the clinic.
