Chris has proved to be a hard working, talented, honest and thorough builder and project manager, Georgia has reported back on progress against budget on a regular basis as well as making many useful suggestions regarding design options - a very talented couple. Waka Kotahi said Wellington's Terrace Tunnel is closed to traffic heading southbound, and warned commuters to "expect delays". Northbound lanes near the tunnel are partially blocked and moving slowly.
It's been said that a protester has glued their hands to the road and is needing assistance to be removed.
"Police advise motorists to avoid the area and expect delays."
