Another deadline is looming in the Northland Business Excellence Awards and NorthChamber wants Kaipara, Far North and Whangarei businesses to feature prominently.
NorthChamber Community Relationship Manager Paulette Scrooby says nominations for the MoreFM Customer Choice Award category close on September 17.
“There are some truly amazing businesses throughout Te Tai Tokerau and this is an opportunity for locals to nominate businesses they believe provide exceptional customer service,” says Mrs Scrooby.
Erena Miller, General Manager of MediaWorks Northland says the nomination process is quick and simple and can be done my going to the following link: www.northlandbusinessawards.co.nz...
MediaWorks Northland, the owner of Northland’s only local breakfast radio show, MoreFM Northland, has backed the NorthChamber awards since they were established.
“This is a publicly voted award is testament to the array of amazing businesses and business people in Northland,” says Mrs Miller.
“It’s a way for locals to put forward businesses they believe go above and beyond to provide great customer service. Given the ongoing challenges we have had with Covid, this is the perfect opportunity to celebrate something positive around business excellence and support each other.
“The business community is exceptionally loyal to our team here at MoreFM Northland so it is really important for us to show our support in return,” says Mrs Miller.
The planned October 29 Awards ceremony has been delayed until February 18 due to Covid lockdown and to ensure the judging panel is able to interview entrants face to face in their businesses. An announcement on judging will be made soon.
Participating in the Northland Business Excellence Awards is free. For more information visit www.northlandbusinessawards.co.nz... or call NorthChamber on 09 438477
