Age 12 and under: Oscar Hay with his Tui photo taken from his backyard in September.
Age 13 to 17: We received no entries in this category this year.
Age 18 years and above: Margaret Cadman. Her photo of a kereru was taken on Te Kowhai Road opposite the Garage.
People’s choice: With over 40% of the public vote, the winner of People’s Choice is Margaret Cadman.

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
