* Use good images to ensure your items really stand out
* Share an description of each item you are selling including details of its condition
* Add a price for your listing
* If you have multiple items to sell, group these into a single post and itemise the unique items you have for sale with their sale price.
* Once an item has sold, remember to mark it as SOLD (just click on the three little dots under your post)
* Consider listing an unsold item in the Free Stuff category if you're keen to see it moved along.

Willowbrook Park Playground in Te Kowhai

We are pleased to report that the playground at Willowbrook Park / Te Kowhai Village Green is being upgraded.

We have been working with the Waikato District Council to obtain as much funding as possible for new play equipment. The design document attached shows the plan of the new playground.

We are pleased to report that the playground at Willowbrook Park / Te Kowhai Village Green is being upgraded.

We have been working with the Waikato District Council to obtain as much funding as possible for new play equipment. The design document attached shows the plan of the new playground.

Please note there is a swing set, spinning bowl and other smaller parts to the concept which are not included in the attached picture that form this playground. (The green spaces / plantings shown on the design are for drawing enhancement only and will not be part of the finished playground).

A shade sail will also be added later when budget permits.

In the meantime, the old playground has been removed. The new playground is scheduled to be completed by the end of February.
