We are so grateful to Dr Jess, Dr Jonathan and the doctors, nurses, health care workers and all other staff at the Tauranga Hospital and Canopy Cancer Care who have all shown such loving care and empathy to John during his long journey of this illness. Also big thanks to family, friends and neighbours for their love and support these past two years.
