If Peter Langlands needed to, he could eat for free. On an average day, he'd find 50 to 75 edible greens along the foreshore.
Do you forage for food? If so, where are the best spots to forage in Canterbury?

A waddle of penguins has flown into Christchurch to be decorated by school children and artists and installed on city streets.
The sculptures will be displayed for about 10 weeks across Christchurch before being auctioned off to raise money for Cholmondeley Children's Centre.

The most popular options are the quick-and-easy triple fold, or folding the outer edges towards the centre before folding in thirds, to create a plusher, more spa-like look. But what do you do? And who knew folding towels could be so controversial?

Qigong is the foundation to Tai Chi. It is relatively simpler than Tai Chi.
Qigong includes dynamic and static forms.
Zhineng Qigong emphasises a moving meditation rather than static meditation. It uses the consciousness, body, breath, sound vibration and the universal Qi (energy) to bring about positive transformation within the body, mind and spirit.
Regular practice can improve your health, immune system, spine, pelvic floor muscles, core strength, serenity, relaxation and inner joy.
