The two little lagoons in the road outside our property stay filled with water from leaking water mains, they were notified months ago, still not fixed. When the weight of EV's batteries can be one third of the total weight of the car and making them up to one third heavier than their predecessor, making them an expensive effective battering ram for those who are unfortunate to 'accidently' meet them.
