Burlington Village

Burlington is a new generation retirement village currently being developed at 171 Prestons Road, Redwood in Christchurch.

Burlington offers a wide range of architecturally designed stand-alone houses by award-winning architects MAP+, including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom options with executive two storey houses overlooking the lakes.

Burlington's state-of-the-art care centre facility is setting new standards in rest home and hospital care suites, with a choice of spacious floor plans in large, apartment size, units. All care suites provide outdoor living with a private decking area. We also have a separate single story Dementia Centre.

Burlington is a fully owned subsidiary of Qestral Corporation Limited, a developer of new generation retirement villages, with integrated care facilities.
