Do your bit for workers and their whānau, and put your wet wipes in the bin.

I can pick up from your mail box, using gloves, transport to the reception desk at her Care facility and together we could help keep her meaningfully engaged and premature babies warm, during such an unusual time for us all. With numerous gigs, concerts and festivals postponed or cancelled as a result of the level 4 response, we want you to dance the lockdown away with the new Neighbourly Spotify Playlist! Make your suggestions in the comments below - recommend anything you like on there, as well as tunes you think your Neighbours will enjoy. Chuck in some taste-breakers, one-hit wonders or some good old Kiwi classics - it really doesn’t matter. So if you’re running out of ideas on things to do, why not a dance party?
Just remember: keep it PG, refrain from putting any songs in the mix that may cause offence to your Neighbours. You can find the playlist here.

(Those old telephone books you have stored in case 1995 - 2010 ever come back, or whatever excuse you still have them would be ideal). Our older parents appreciate their food to be fed to them so that they don't have to bend down (it restricts their food passage). So do our older felines.
2 Have difficulty turning door handles (arthritic maybe) or even when both hands are full and the door is shut - try using a couple of layers of masking tape (or duct tape)to cover the slot - it is much easier to pull and much easier to push the door without having to twist the handles as well.
It goes without saying (so often should be said?) - this tip doesn't apply to sliding doors or front or back doors - don't want to make it easier for the light finger brigade do we ?/?. Cheers all and stay safe.
While Council buildings may be closed we are still here to help.

"I thought an activity for children with a positive message about the current situation would be a good idea. This followed my (and everyone else's) experiences during the earthquakes," she said.
"I learnt that it is important to give children a way of feeling empowered that there is a solution to the situation (in this case the bears catching the Covid virus and giving it a damn good soapy wash)."
Lynette normally works as a tour guide for Nature Quest, taking people on tours around the North and South islands with nature-related themes such as birding, general nature, plants, or walking.
