As the summer season and the Christmas holidays are fast approaching the risk of burglaries especially as people are out celebrating late or making most of warm nights often leaving those presents under your Christmas tree in view .There is nothing worse than arriving home from camping, lying on the beach or living it up in Sydney and your valuable jewelry that has been given to you by your treasured grandmother, mum or husband is gone alone with photos and treasured memories and the new TV. Our Alarm system will keep them safe. You can even monitor your system from your cell or tablet while away if you just cannot relax.
The product we use is designed and manufactured in New Zealand by Arrowhead Alarms Systems.

My house is 257 Knowles St and he said he was meant to be painting at 275 Knowles St so because he was dyslexic he got the numbers mixed up. He was a brown man, with black hair, short to medium build, average build. He was wearing a high vis and a dust mask around his neck. I'm a builder and he looked suspicious. I did interrogate him because I was suspicious, he did got defensive and left the property. So when he left I went down to 275 Knowles Street and he was not there, so I had a look around the neighbourhood and could not find him.
Please be diligent, if you see this man again please call police. I suspect he was going to burgle us.

Whether you're hitting the street to trick or treat, or staying inside with the the candy bowl by your side - here's some Neighbourly Halloween tips to ensure that this Tuesday is a fun and safe experience for you and your neighbours!

1. Set up a Halloween Group for your street! Plan your Halloween evening with your neighbours to see what time everyone is taking the kids out. You could even co-ordinate matching costumes!

2. Download one of our SPOOKY Neighbourly Halloween posters to stick on your house or letterbox for if:
- You welcome all trick or treaters
- You want trick or treaters to stay away

3. Stay in areas of your neighbourhood that are familiar and are well lit. And although Halloween is supposed to be spooky, be careful not to frighten your elderly neighbours by popping out of the dark!

Stay safe and have fun!

We pretend that compared with our friends, our own health is not so bad. The problem is that our friends are not healthy either. Most of us haven't experienced good health for many years.

This is a serious problem, because your poor health is shared within your family, and with your friends, if fact with all the people you associate with. Our social connections, allow us to do, and stop us from doing, many things. That includes aht we choose to eat, and how we exercise, and what we think about health.

We can't become more healthy because this invisible web of social connection keeps us trapped. I am "me" because I do all these things that link me to everyone I know. Doing something different is impossible if your vision of yourself (the "me" you imagine) is going to changed in a way that would disappoint or confuse your friends. We share together, both the good and the bad.

Your health can be improved, but you need to learn how to do that, and you need to do some things that will surprise your friends. This takes time. You begin by improving your knowledge. We suggest you attend one of our workshops.www.openfuture.biz...
