Ive got 2 awesome flatmates that are due to head overseas at the end of Jan 18 and so now Im looking once again, for either 1 person or a couple to share my home with and due to one of the rooms not having a wardrobe Im offering the use of 2 rooms
A bit about the place.....its a 4 bedroom / 1 bathroom home in the suburb of Redwood. This is a very clean and tidy home with open plan dining / lounge area
Im situated very close to Northwood,Northlands and The Palms shopping centres. There is a bus stop outside my place - very convenient to get into town, to the malls or the airport. Coasters tavern is down my street and there are several takeaway places in the area as well as a few boutique shops There is plenty of street parking and could negotiate parking up the drive if necessary.
Ideally looking for a mature professional person (or couple) who is trustworthy, respectful, clean and tidy. Im totally fine with smokers - but prefer they smoke outside
I consider myself a very relaxed person and below is a link to my airbnb profile that previous people have said about me during their stay

PM me if interested
Cheers Janice
