Price is important - however so is the quality, the contract, and the inclusions. Ask questions that look beyond price alone. Examine how the house is actually constructed; what are the bones of the house, what's behind the walls, and what quality of products are being used.
At Golden Homes we provide quotes that work with your budget and your wish list. We have fixed price contracts - No PC sums or hidden costs.

Taco Bell superfan Jessa Arcayera, 18, waited 90 minutes in line to get her hands on her favourite Taco Bell order: a beefy cheese burrito, crunchy taco wrap, cinnamon twists, fries and a Coke.
She was one of nearly 100 eager customers who donned taco shell hats and T-shirts outside the Taco Bell Eastgate store in Linwood, Christchurch – the South Island’s first – as they waited for the big purple bell to be rung and ribbon to be cut.
Would you queue to be first to order at the South Island's first Taco Bell?

I am curious to know if those rebates and incentives would be enough to make you change from internal combustion to EV or Hybrid.
Personally, it doesn't offer anywhere enough for me to even consider. I believe their offer is pathetic and won't allow many to change because of the cost factors plus that type of vehicle is only in its infancy and there are many unknowns and limitations to be ironed out, let alone the extremely limited charging network.
I am sure one of the Press/Stuff journalists will put up a more comprehensive article.

Passengers rattled along the rails to Saturday shopping and summer picnics on the beach.
This changed in October, 1952. Out went trams, in came buses.
Christchurch mayor Robert Macfarlane drove the last rumbling old tram, festooned with banners and bunting. It towed a double-decker trailer, from the top of which the Caledonian Pipe Band played a lament.
In its wake came three of the Christchurch Transport Board's new AEC diesel buses. The band later piped the buses into New Brighton.
