Just a friendly reminder to remove all valuables from your car/s especially if they are parked on the side of the road. As we all know there has been an increase of theft during the lockdown we are currently in.
I live on Pilkington and my brothers car was broken into yesterday during broad daylight, he parks on the road as we live in units. They didn’t take anything not that he had anything valuable in there but in there nor were the able to get away with the car because they must have noticed that its manual not auto but they did stuff the ignition. We know these thieves weren’t after anything in the car but the car possibly to be used in a ram-raid.
Please all look out for your cars- make sure you have a steering wheel lock or an alarm installed.
