Airbnb ?...holiday accommodation ?
Hi Community ,
As things are changing yet again and once again we find ourselves in a situation of uncertainty , I'm wondering if any Airbnb or holiday accomodation owners would like the stability of a regular weekly income for a minimum of 12 months ...
HI I'm Debra Harris and amongst other things I am a professional House and animal carer.
I have spent the last two years House sitting all over NZ and latterly Europe and prior to Covid I had sits booked right through until November. Understandably they have all been cancelled and I found myself needing to think of a strategy for at least 12 months.
As the lease comes to an end in my current rental I would love to secure something as soon as possible .
I am in need of a rental property and my wish list is :
*2 bedroom ....
*A House , apartment or a townhouse ...
*Partly furnished ,
*Light and warm
*A minimum 12 month lease
I come with 15 impeccable references , all of whom are happy to offer verbal references to support the written ones . I am a non smoker and have no pets .
Please be in touch if you have or you know of or know someone who may have something suitable for me to hunker down in for 12 months until I can resume my fabulous lifestyle :)...

Have a nice day, stay safe and stay well ..
Kindest regards
Debra
Poll: 🤖 What skills do you think give a CV the ultimate edge in a robot-filled workplace?
The Reserve Bank has shared some pretty blunt advice: there’s no such thing as a “safe” job anymore 🛟😑
Robots are stepping into repetitive roles in factories, plants and warehouses. AI is taking care of the admin tasks that once filled many mid-level office jobs.
We want to know: As the world evolves, what skills do you think give a CV the ultimate edge in a robot-filled workplace?

Poll: Should complete designs be shared with the public, or should the community help shape the designs from the start?
The Post recently shared an opinion piece on the Harbour Crossing and why a more democratic approach might be needed 🚗🚲👟
While most decisions sit within the political arena, many organisations—like NZTA—manage long-term projects that go beyond party lines. Politics can sometimes disrupt progress, and the next Harbour Crossing is a big decision that will affect all Aucklanders.
We’d love your thoughts: Should near-complete, shovel-ready designs be shared with the public, or should the community have a hand in shaping the designs from the start?

22.9% No. This would be impossible in practice.
Brain Teaser of the Day 🧠✨ Can You Solve It? 🤔💬
Make a hearty dish. Take just half a minute. Add four parts of kestrel. Then just add one. What have you made?
(Trev from Silverdale kindly provided this head-scratcher ... thanks, Trev!)
