Hi Neighbours, Jud Brewer is an associate professor of psychiatry at Brown University. His book, โUnwinding Anxiety: New Science Shows How to Break the Cycles of Worry and Fear to Heal Your Mind,โ addresses anxiety, which he explains as a kind of addiction. He has used mindfulness to help him and his and his clients understand and transform anxiety. Addictions are habits, and habits can be changed.
Come and try mindfulness with a small group for a gentle session of ease and peace. Session includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation.
