Valerian plant for your tea
Delivered to your door. Valerian root traditionally used for relaxation, anxiety and sleep support. It is well known used for centuries and well supported by scientific research. I am a qualified naturopath with current practicing certificate and able to provide my professional advise on this plant. Just plant it to any soil, no special care required. Watch it to grow and mature. Next summer it will flower with tender white flowers, in the autum you can collect the root, wash and dry. Use it as a tea.

Auckland Harbour Bridge summer works
NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is carrying out essential maintenance on the Auckland Harbour Bridge this December and January. The southbound clip-on lanes will be closed (24/7) from 26 December to 5 January for road resurfacing. Night-time lane restrictions will be in place throughout the summer for recoating work on the bridge. Traffic will still be able to travel in both directions at all times.
