A four evening w/shop in Mt Eden which forms a structured introductory course, including guided meditations, the use of mantra, an overview of the different paths of yoga, lifestyle recommendations supporting meditation and essential steps needed in developing a successful practice. Our course speaker is a storyteller, weaving his own life experiences into his talks and meditations and bringing spirituality into everyday life.
