The session includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation to soothe body and mind, and to give a bit of space to set intentions which have the potential to free up the areas of your life that feel stuck.

We practise every Monday night from 7.30-9.30 (including a tea break) at St Luke's Church on Remuera Road in Newmarket.
