Class times:
Tuesday: 9.30-11 - Gentle yoga and meditation
Thursday. 5.30-6.30pm
Saturday: 9am - Morning Flow

My classes are structured to nurture balance and wholeness. We will move carefully through different poses that will develop your alignment and flexibility, while at the same time creating relaxation and mindfulness. My classes place special emphasis on deep breathing in every movement and building core strength, which is key to good posture.

wooden framing

TM from St Heliers
