I offer private yoga classes. I am a highly trained 500 hr Yoga New Zealand Registered Teacher. 1:1 classes are a perfect way to create a regular yoga practice catered to your needs.

I love to work with busy professionals looking to create balance in their lives. I work with clients to create systems for improving/ increasing flexibility and strength for overall well-being.

Yoga has become a way of life for me. Yoga increases my creativity and focus. I have built resilience through my practice. I view my yoga practice as a body based pension scheme; each practice increases my reserves and helps to create a structure to support my future well being. I teach from a place of openness, sharing sequences that nurture students of any experience/ability. I help students to develop a self practice that inspires health and well being.

My classes are structured to nurture balance and wholeness. We will move carefully through different poses that will develop your alignment and flexibility, while at the same time creating relaxation and mindfulness. My classes place special emphasis on deep breathing in every movement and building core strength, which is key to good posture.
