When you look closely at the email address its coming from it appears to be IRD but it isn't there is also another email address. Have reported the email. Be careful don't do anything delete it and report it.

Police believe she may be in the wider Auckland City area and are currently trying to locate her.
Cindy was last seen wearing a long sleeve t-shirt, long track pants and black shoes.
