The good news is now there’s an easy solution to all that tyre waste. It’s called Tyrewise and is New Zealand’s first national tyre recycling scheme.

Tyrewise ensures that tyres in Aotearoa New Zealand are recycled or repurposed properly, saving millions from going to the landfill.

Tested running (runs fine) but no paperwork, box, or any accessories with it - hence the low price. Going to list it on Trademe tonight so if you want first dips then get going. Pickup in Green Bay (we live opposite Green Bay High School) is MUCH preferred though it is possible to send if buyer pays p&p, or if you are outside Auckland then maybe a friend of yours in Auckland can do the pickup. As I work from home I'm here pretty much all the time, so just let me know a time you would like to come round.

While walking on the Avondale to New Lynn walkway the concrete path is covered in dog poo. People are riding their bikes through it and children are walking through it. Maybe a timely reminder that under the Dog Management Bylaw 2019, you must immediately remove your dog's faeces from a public place and dispose of it adequately. If you do not pick up after your dog, you may get a $300 fine.
