- for mind- take timeouts- breath - switch off brain

•Step by step- do what you can today - make a list
- acknowledge your efforts-celebrate your successes
• Help others - be kind- be grateful
• Exercise- work your body- get tired
• Know your own bad habits
• Sleep - go to bed well before 12 am
