•Keep your routine or create one
•Make your bed-get out of bed :-)
•Find what motivates you- your „why“- or goal
•Clarity
- for mind- take timeouts- breath - switch off brain
- for body- nutrition- hydration!
- for your space- clean up clutter
•Step by step- do what you can today - make a list
- acknowledge your efforts-celebrate your successes
• Help others - be kind- be grateful
• Exercise- work your body- get tired
• Know your own bad habits
• Sleep - go to bed well before 12 am
