These safe, non-intimidating and koha-entry classes are for new beginner dancers and movers. They are welcoming and friendly. Currently we are teaching hip-hop in a variety of styles. Right now it has a contemporary twist and this is great for an emotionally cathartic and healing session (see video in Canva link below for sneak peek). Hip-hop has a rep for being aggressive or intimidating. Everybody Dance will show that this is not the case in our classes! Come along and learn in a fun, creative and open environment.

Two large slips have occurred in Karori overnight which has led to power outages and road blockages. A police spokesperson shared that Wellington City Council had been notified and contractors were on site to clear the debris.
Here's what you need to know:
- Birdwood Street is blocked and unable to be used.
- Chaytor Street has been reduced to one lane with stop/go traffic arrangements in place while workers clear the site.
- Motorists should expect delays at this time and as an alternative route, use Old Karori Rd/Whitehead Rd and Curtis Street.
Motorists should drive cautiously as there is a chance there are further slips yet to be discovered.

We stopped as the Penguin was sitting in the middle of the road looking forlornly at the fence. He/She turned around and scurried back over to the sea wall. Can the powers that be, please remove this barrier?

I can get quite nervous in new situations and when meeting new people, but once I am given time to settle in, and you earn my trust, I know I will settle right into the family. Due to my shyness, I will be best in an adult only home where it is quiet, as loud and sudden noises and movements can sometimes worry me. I would also enjoy going home where one of my humans has had experience with shy and timid cats before. I would also enjoy if my humans were around for some or most parts of the day, so that we can keep each other company. ?
