We are a small family (me, female aged 43, twin daughters aged 10, one small non-shedding dog and a large fluffy cat). I'm a piano teacher so sometimes the lounge is occupied (Sundays, Monday afternoon/evening, Thursday afternoon) but there are two living areas - the kitchen/dining room is large and has a couch. Happy to share a meal once a week (I cook once, you cook once) or keep things separate. We're 2 minutes' walk from the no. 1 bus stop, 10 minutes' walk from the supermarket, butcher's cafes restaurants etc. and 20 minutes' walk from the beach. The house is pretty sunny with a garden area. The room available is a single - 3 metres x 2.75 metres - plenty of room for a single bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe, would fit a double bed but there'd be less room for furniture. $200 pw plus expenses. A later move-in date is also fine, if you know someone looking please pass on our info! Jess: 0204537777

During the Covid-19 restrictions, business owners have shown initiative, hard work and resilience to keep afloat.
But many have been hit hard.
Lack of clarity about just how heavy the toll of the restrictions have been on individual businesses and their ability to quickly rebound adds to the uncertainty of the national economic recovery.
Therefore, Prosper is launching a survey targeted at finding out the scale of Covid-19's impact.
You can take that survey right now – it will only take a few minutes.
