This class runs every Wednesday from 1:30pm at the Island Bay Community Centre, 137 The Parade.
Please wear clothes and shoes you can easily move in and bring some water.
Book your place on this popular course coming to Seatoun Village Hall on 15th May, 10am to 2pm.
