Free heavy-duty large shag rug (approx. 180cm x 250cm)

As is. This has just been in storage and needs a good clean, and there's no obvious stains or marks. This has just been in storage and needs a good clean, and there's no obvious stains or marks. We do have small dogs but they're non-shedding, so it's mostly just in need of a clean of general dirt and to freshen it up (a rug doctor would likely make it super nice). It will need two people to take it away as it's very heavy.

I should mention that the reason it doesn't look flat in the photo is that it's currently sitting atop a wooden platform used for golfing practice :-)

Please don't agree to picking it up unless you're 100% committed to turning up and taking it away. Thank you.

Kia ora neighbours, experience an interactive digital walk-through of KiwiRail’s new Kaiwharawhara ferry terminal precinct at our community drop-in – Pipitea Marae, 55-59 Thorndon Quay, 13 July, 12.30pm – 3pm.

Check out the concept designs for the new terminal and the bigger, hybrid-electric Interisland ferries we’re having custom-built. Work will start shortly on the terminal redevelopment, ready for the arrival of the new ferries from 2025.

The Interislander journey across Te Moana o Raukawakawa (Cook Strait) is one of the most spectacular in the world and we’re creating a customer experience to match.

Come and kōrero with the team working on this awesome project. We’d love to see you there.

Bakhtawar Sattha is the proud owner of Persia.
"This is six year old Persia, lives in Miramar. I got her from Cats Protection Wellington in February 2022. She likes to be patted and eagerly waits for me to return home from work. She is still timid and hides when my friends visit."

The weather didn't phase the fantail/pīwakawaka (Rhipidura fuliginosa), plenty of moths, midges, and spiders still to grab and other beings to investigate."

"I used to avoid posting photos where I had accidentally captured a nictitating membrane - I thought they looked like weird sausage-skin sideways eyelids. Then I read that they are amazing built-in bird goggles, so the bird can blink and still see, or even shutter their eyes in extreme conditions to protect their eyes while flying or diving. Apparently we used to have them too - the pink blob in the inner corner of our eyes is a vestigial membrane. I suppose we evolved out of needing them - still they might have been handy the other day when I was trying to take photos on the beach during a gale. Pūkeko/purple swamphen (Porphyrio melanotus) at Waimanu Lagoon."
