I’m after a 14 inch bike for son to learn to ride a bike on. Please let me know if you have one you’d like to sell. This size doesn’t seem to be as common in stores but 12 inch will be too small and 16 inch too big. I have a set on training wheels so it doesn’t need to have these.

Rural or suburban, ideally somewhere close to services but she will look at off-grid options if needed. Very flexible! Just needs to have half-decent access for building and not be a total cliff-face!
