We are a charitable trust based in Titahi Bay that supports adults with intellectual disabilities. We are partially funded by MSD to provide community participation services. We also provide a vocational programme such as cooking, writing skills, numeracy, self- confidence, interpersonal skills, personal hygiene and shopping. Our staff and volunteers arrange art and craft sessions for those interested and able to participate, digital literacy, knitting and sewing classes, card making, games, and gym activities, candlemaking, tai chi, singing, dancing and exercise. Our service is free to access.
