Current flatmates are 2 professonal males, early 30's & 40's. We are both very easy going, sociable and looking for someone similar in age and interests. Male or Female, we aren't picky!

House is located in Thorndon, off Bowen St. Rent will start at $235 a week but we have been advised it will be increasing $15 / week in January, so easier to say $250 / week, plus expenses, which include Fibre Internet & TV services.

You can message me here or text me on 02102366806 for a viewing.

Thanks, Paul

Location is Johnsonville (we've moved)

White lockable printer cupboard/drawer. The drawer part comes out on rollers but when closed completely hides the printer and cables.
Good sturdy and well designed retractable runners for the sliding drawer.

One main 'drawer' holds a printer and there is another lower drawer.

We had it sitting under a larger table but also works well as a stand alone piece of furntiure.

There is a combination lock built into the top surface which allows for the door to be locked.

There is a slot at the back of the sliding drawer for the power cord.

Dimensions 800MM long (deep)

450mm wide

720 mm high.

Printer drawer size is 600mm long by 380mm wide by 280mm high. Think the height of the drawer can be adjusted but not the width or length.

Perfect condition - selling as moved house and doesn't really fit new house configuration.

Message me for viewing or for more info.

Price: $100

Yes, another oneโ€ฆ but this one is special: itโ€™s a falls prevention exercise class for seniors, and it only costs a gold coin. Age Concern Wellingtonโ€™s Ann Dalziel has started three new weekly classes in Lower Hutt (Knox Church), Khandallah (St Barnabas Church), and Churton Park (community centre). Age Concern Wellington now has 25 Steady as You Go exercise classes running each week around the Wellington Region. From Upper Hutt to Island Bay and over to Whitby, thereโ€™s a class near you.

โ€œMy balance has improved so much,โ€ says one class participant, โ€œand Iโ€™ve made many new friends here.โ€

These classes are designed to improve strength and balance and help prevent a fall. Steady as You Go classes improve balance and leg strength, flexibility, general fitness, and wellbeing. But most importantly perhaps, these classes are a great way to meet new people.

Classes consist of a combination of sitting, standing and walking exercises, and take around an hour. Call 04 499 6648 or visit www.ageconcernwellington.org.nz... for more information.
