Art Classes and Workshops in Waikanae
Hi - I’m a Scottish Kiwi painter and work as an Artist Educator with GOLDEN Artist Colors, a top brand of acrylic paints and products. My Waikanae studio is full of all the latest in acrylic and watercolour products for use by people who attend my classes. I run a programme of well structured, topic-based classes and workshops for a wide range of abilities, from beginner to experienced artist. I also offer Artist Session groups (3 hours on Tuesday mornings) for people who have sufficient experience to initiate their own projects and work in a more experimental, less structured way, with material support and tuition. Poll: Would you participate in local initiatives aimed at stopping plastic from reaching our oceans?
Volunteers will be scouring the foreshore, riverbanks, and islands for rubbish on Saturday the 13th as part of the Clean Up the Hutt event.
This initiative helps stop plastic from reaching our oceans and makes our waterways cleaner and safer for everyone.
