is it to much to ask for a quiet day off? My neighbour leaves a small dog locked up in house barking all day. Ive spoken to them and called TCC and SPCA know one cares. as a rate payer surely have some rights.
Have been in BMW 318 TI, but should fit any car. We had them fitted (& removed) by Maungatapu Motors. Will need compliance once fitted.
