Aspire is the 2-storey gym (behind the Z Bethlehem petrol station) that has an onsite 4- lane lap pool and sauna! - def worthwhile checking out their website, it's an awesome gym.

The normal weekly rate is $32, so you would be receiving a discounted membership ($30) that offers you full use of the gym facilities. The membership expires Jan 2025.

A joining fee is charged when signing up with Aspire Gym, however this is not applicable if you take over a current members contract. Once the papers are signed over, the gym will simply charge you the $30 p/wk - no strings attached. And, if for some reason you can't attend for a period of time, they offer unlimited membership holds for up to 3 months at a time. It really is very flexible and accommodating.

If you are interested, please make contact with me as soon as possible via text: Laura Donovan / 021 0226 1201.

Price: $30

Hello everyone

The restriction on giving blood in response to the outbreak of ‘Mad Cow’ Disease in the UK (restricting anybody who lived in the UK between 1980 and 1996 from giving blood) was lifted 29 February 2024.

So, for the first time in over 30 years I donated blood last Tuesday. I am again able to give a priceless gift that may very well save a life – and all for just 1 hour of my time.

So, for whatever reason you haven’t given and would like to, I encourage you to find out more about how you can donate.

There is a lot of info on the NZ Blood Website.
