I am a firm believer that if you fill a room with smart and passionate people...great things will happen!
There are many highly skilled individuals across the region working in isolation. My experience suggests that the collective wisdom, experience and knowledge of these individuals could offer something special to the market place
I am looking for expressions of interest from professional service providers in forming a working group focused on promoting professional services out of the North Canterbury region. Ideally a wide cross section of professional services would be represented, including (but not limited to) Finance, Insurance, Leadership and Governance development, Technology Leadership and Governance development, Software development including mobility and web, programme and project management, solution architects, Sales and Marketing, CRM and Brand Management etc.
Opportunities all start with a conversation and that's all I am asking for. No investment, no "BS", just an open and honest chat to see if we can collectively create something unique that we can take to the marketplace.
Please register your expressions of interest including your contact details and a summary of your service offering by sending an email to eyretonconsulting@gmail.com

Aluminium windows and doors come in a variety of finishes.
The frames can be "naked' aluminium,
or anodised - usually the classic bronze from the 70s & 80s
or maybe your frames are coloured (or look painted) - which means they have been powder coated at the factory.
Unlike wood, aluminium doesn't rot or swell with moisture, but they can all do with a little TLC from time to time.
A quick clean with warm water and detergent works wonders on the powder coating.
The anodised frames can look a bit dull, so a light scrub with the green plastic scotchbrite-type pads and soap followed up with a little metal polish can restores its shine.
Keep away from strong solvents and abrasives and you should be fine.

It is of No benefit to the dog to be left in a hot car with the windows down a bit as this has no effect for them at all even if the car is in the shade. Please read the SPCA reports to confirm this. This sort of thing happens a lot in supermarket & shopping center car parks. People tend to think they will only be a short time but things always take longer than you expect. Please leave your fur babies at home where they can keep cool & hydrated. It only takes minutes for your car to heat up. I can not fathom why some people do not realize this. Also there are a lot of people out running their dogs during the heat of the day (on Bikes as well) and without water. They are not machines and unfortunately a dog does not always know to stop when it needs to which can then put the poor thing into heat exhaustion and even kill them. I am hoping that people will not get upset at me writing this post as someone has to speak for those that do not have a voice and they depend on us to keep them safe. Thank you.
