Through the programme, he discovered his passion for the viticulture industry and was able to secure a cadetship opportunity with the help of his mentors and programme coordinator.
Now, almost six months into his job, he feels more confident and is grateful for the support he has received. Jack encourages other young people if given the opportunity to take the course and give things a go.

FANTASTIC SERVICE. The total price was v competitive and the service was excellent. Jason took the time to understand my driving patterns and recommend a mid-price tyre that would be best value over the life of the tyre. They also provide FREE 2-monthly checks with tyre pressure and wheel rotations. This lengthens tyre life and safety - and further increases value for money. And they are lovely to deal with.
I used to be a loyal customer at Tony's but have found that, since they changed ownership, the service has gone down and total price has possibly gone up. Quoted price might be lower but some firms push services like alignments when they aren't necessary.

Daylight saving comes to an end on Sunday morning, so don’t forget to change your clocks back one hour. Even though the days are growing shorter and the nights longer, there is still time to get out and about to meet with friends and acquaintances. Today's eNewsletter lists a number of pop-up hubs for seniors throughout the Wellington Region with morning/afternoon tea or coffee or light lunch, where you can have a cuppa and a bit of a chin wag with old and new friends. See you there..

We are now collecting small metal and plastic lids here at the community centre to take to the Sustainability Trust in town for recycling.
We accept clean, dry, and separated:
plastics labelled 2 (e.g. milk bottle tops)
plastics labelled 5 (e.g. yoghurt pot lids)
metal (e.g. metal jar lids and beer bottle tops)
We can't recycle:
any other small plastic items e.g. food pouch lids, dip lids, coffee cup lids
lids with a thermal seal inside (this often looks like a blue or white layer inside the lid)
waxy paper inserts (please remove if you can, we can still recycle the lid)
For more information, check out the Sustainability Trust's website: sustaintrust.org.nz...
A reminder too that we also recycle batteries here at the centre!
It’s been 3 years since we’ve been fueling Kiwis with ‘appiness, and we’re giving you the gifts.
Fill up ‘appily before Monday and you’re in the draw to win your share of $1,000 Moolah. Woohoo!
