A Children's Christmas Party. Organised by Allan and Barbara Nichols and their band of merry helpers, the legendary Plimmerton Rotary Children's Party lived up to its reputation. Nigel the Magician, Father Christmas and his little helper, Glenys, presents, yummy food, even Harold the Giraffe came to this Party. What more could the 28 young children attending wish for? Mind you, the Editor is not sure the parents loved the noisy blowers each child received ...

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
