Toyota Corolla for sale - excellent condition

Andrea from Otaki District

This is a car that needs no introduction.
We purchased this Corolla (that we nick named Lenny) during lockdown and he has proved to be a very solid, reliable car. Much loved and extremely well looked after. Only selling as we are wanting to buy an EV, have a second vehicle already and WFH a lot.
We purchased from TH Motors in May 2020. Mileage was 146,000 kms.
Previous owner – had for 13 years. Serviced annually at King Toyota in Lower Hutt.
Lenny has been serviced every year of ownership (all paperwork available). He runs and drives great with no mechanical issues at all. Starts 1st time every time, even on cold chilly mornings.
Typically used for short trips around town, although Lenny is great for longer trips and motorway driving too.
Despite the fuel efficiency rating, we have found Lenny to be relatively good for his engine size, transmission, and fuel tank size. A full tank typically lasts us ~450-500 kms.
Cosmetically Lenny is still in very good condition, but the paint does have a few small scratches / is showing a bit of wear and tear in small areas - as expected for his age.
Interior is in very good condition as seen in the photos. No tears or rips to fabric. Footwell on drivers side is scuffed and marked – can be covered with a footmat (supplied) if desired.
Comes with a near new spare tyre in the boot and 3 keys - 2 remote and 1 spare.
And for those who pine for yesteryear and enjoy the simple things in life – Lenny has an AM/FM radio and CD player. He also has a coin receptacle (for the good old days when coins were popular, and parking meters accepted cash). He even comes with a cigarette lighter! (we are smoke free owners).
We will be sad to see Lenny go – he is a great reliable car. Some motoring websites report these little beauties can last an astounding 300,000 miles (482,000 kms!). Lenny still has a lot to offer any new happy owner.
Vehicle is based in Kapiti. Please call for viewing. Test drives welcome by appointment.
Genuine buyers only. Thank you.

🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.

Remember, banks will:

❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.

If you have received a phone call and think your account has been compromised, call ASB on 0800 ASB FRAUD (0800 272 372), or visit your local branch.
