WHY SHOULD YOU COME TO THE COMPUTER PLACE FOR PC SUPPORT?

Heather Cathro from Cando Technology Ltd T/A The Computer Place

There are many reasons that you should come and visit us at The Computer Place for your computing needs.
1.We are a friendly bunch
2.We have been assisting customers with their PC’s and their computer requirements in Kapiti for 29 years.
3.We are not over the top in our pricing
4.We have a solution for you whether its fixing/replacing/providing equipment
5.We can come to you

We recently upgraded one of our customers to Windows 11. (I use this story with her permission)

We first met Suzie (not her real name) in 2007 when we were situated in our old building on Amohia Street, Paraparaumu which has now been demolished.
We built Suzie a new computer and then a few years later replaced it with an ex-corporate desktop.
We hadn’t seen Suzie for a few years because the equipment we sold her didn't let her down.
Just recently we heard from Suzie and she was really relieved that we still were around.
After seeing that we had vacated our old building in 2022 and then it was demolished this year, Suzie thought we must have shut up shop. She needed to upgrade to Windows 11. One day Suzie received one of the first copies of the new local paper in her letterbox. Suzie normally would read from front to back of the paper, but this day decided to go back to front. The first thing she noticed was our bright advertisement in the trade services that stood out above every other ad. Needless to say, she was delighted that she found us again and rung us.
Because Suzie was a little older from when we first worked with her, she was now no longer able to drive, so we said “NO Problem”, we’ll come to you
So we visited had a nice catch up and sorted out a replacement PC. We backed up her data and put everything over to the Windows 11 machine. We took it back to her house, made sure everything was working . It was seamless.
A few weeks later, Suzie rung me to say how happy she was and the change had not been hard for her. She had heard that a family member in another town had updated their PC but they had not got anywhere near the same service we offered and Suzie realized how fortunate she was to have us so handy and reliable and close by.

So if you need computer service, replacement equipment, cables, adapters or batteries come and see us at The Computer Place, 7 Hinemoa Street, corner Kapiti Road and Hinemoa Street Paraparaumu. Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM ( look out for the illuminated signs) Off street parking available. If you can’t get to us, we can come to you.
Look forward to hearing from you.
